At Pop-Up Pixies, we love helping you celebrate life’s biggest moments in the boldest way! To keep everything running smoothly, please review the following policies before placing your order.
By booking with us, you agree to all terms outlined below.
📆 Reservation & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
- Your greeting is not confirmed until payment is received.
- You are responsible for the display from the time it is installed until it is removed. Missing or damaged items will be billed to the payment on file.
- Booking grants us permission to enter the property for setup and takedown.
- 👉 If it’s a surprise at someone else’s home, please notify a resident to avoid confusion or interruption.
🌱 Lawn & Display Care
- Water your lawn for at least 30 minutes the afternoon before installation.
- Tip: Watering for the 3 days prior to installation yields best results!
- Schedule all lawn mowing or trimming before setup.
Grass clippings and flying debris can damage the display. - Do not mow, trim, or weed-whack near the display once it’s up.
💵 Damaged or stained signs will be charged at $25 per item, up to $150 max. - Do not move, remove, or adjust any part of the display—including our small branded sign.
- No balloons or streamers may be attached. They can melt or pop in the sun and damage the signs.
- Contact us directly if you need an early pickup.
⚠️ Safety & Respect
- For everyone’s safety – especially children – do no allow anyone to play on, lean against, or sit on the signs.
They are decorative and will not safely support weight. - We do not install messages that are mean-spirited, inappropriate, or offensive.
Custom wording must be pre-approved. - If the recipient asks who booked the greeting, we’ll let them know—unless you request anonymity at checkout.
- If a homeowner or resident requests removal, we will comply immediately.
❌ No refunds will be issued in this case.
📸 Photos & Publicity
- You are welcome to take photos beside your display!
Just please do not pull or relocate any signs. - We may photograph your greeting for use on our website, social media, or promotions.
📷 Want to opt out? Just let us know when booking. - A small branded sign will be placed discreetly. Please don’t move or cover it—this helps others find us and celebrate too!
🌧️ Refund & Weather Policy
If you need to cancel:
- Cancel 48+ hours before your reserved date: Full refund.
- Cancel within 24–48 hours: 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future date (based on availability).
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: No refund, credit may be offered.
In the event of inclement weather (e.g. lightning, strong wind, heavy rain):
- We may need to cancel or reschedule for safety.
- If setup cannot be completed due to weather, we’ll issue a full credit for a future date.
No refunds will be given for:
- Incorrect address
- Denied access (e.g. gated communities without codes)
- Animals blocking setup
- Early takedown requests

We value your privacy. We’ll never sell or share your information.
You may receive occasional promotions or updates—you’re always free to opt out.
⚖️ Liability Disclaimer
By booking with Pop-Up Pixies, you release us from any responsibility for injury or property damage that may occur during setup, display, or removal.
